Nan Kurt
Lecturer
Mr Nan Kurt is a dedicated academic and researcher specializing in psychology, program evaluation, and social impact assessment. With extensive experience in both academia and practice, he has served as a Research Officer at the Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association since 2017, managing 52 research projects, publishing seven reports, and coordinating training programs. In addition, he has been a part-time lecturer at Hong Kong Metropolitan University and Hong Kong Baptist University, teaching various psychology courses and developing curricula.
His scholarly background includes a Master of Philosophy in Psychology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, complemented by numerous professional certifications in mental health, mindfulness, and occupational psychology. He has co-authored multiple academic publications and research reports addressing mental health, end-of-life care, and social issues. Professor Nan actively contributes to media publications and research dissemination, addressing critical societal challenges through applied psychology and community engagement.
