Mr. Kwok Lit-tung, JP is an accomplished social worker with over 30 years of experience. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1984 and obtained an EMBA from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2006.

Mr. KWOK started his social work career from 1984 and was awarded Outstanding Social Worker in 1998. He served as Principal Manager at St. James’ Settlement from 1999 to 2003. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Christian Family Service Centre (CFSC) from 2004 to 2022 and was recognized as Distinguished Alumni by CUHK Social Work in 2013. He has actively participated in several government advisory bodies, demonstrating a strong commitment to community services and leadership in the field. He is particularly interested in organizational management and social innovation.

He is currently the Chairperson of Enable Foundation and Greenville Education Limited.
