Mr. Kurt Nan is a dedicated research officer and lecturer with a strong commitment to leveraging quantitative research methods to inform social services, public policy, and public education. With a decade of experience in both academic research and the NGO sector, he specializes in community studies that focus on diverse populations, including children, teenagers, women, and families. His expertise encompasses psychometrics, research design, program evaluation, and media publication. Over the years, he has successfully managed and implemented more than 50 research projects, producing seven comprehensive research reports and achieving more than 300 media coverage pieces. This extensive output underscores his ability to not only conduct rigorous research but also effectively communicate findings to a broader audience.

For seven years, Kurt has served as a lecturer at prominent institutions, including The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Baptist University, and Hong Kong Metropolitan University. In these roles, he has inspired students by emphasizing the practical applications of research methods within the fields of psychology, social work from a management perspective. Kurt is passionate about employing his research to drive social change and improve community outcomes. His work reflects a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the complexities of social issues, and he frequently collaborates with organizations to promote evidence-based practices in social services.
