A seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 35 years of experience, he is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK), a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia), and a Fellow Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA). His extensive career spans senior managerial roles in financial and management accounting, internal controls, budgetary planning, corporate strategy, and IT systems implementation, with additional expertise in treasury, legal compliance, and human resources. In the NGO sector, he has led transformative projects, including performance management revamps, finance function reforms, and IT infrastructure development, alongside formulating fundraising strategies and donor management systems. Currently, he serves as a practicing consultant specializing in NGO financial management.
